Automotive Transitions was founded by professionals who have experienced industry transformation from the inside.
Having worked within large corporate automotive environments, our founders witnessed firsthand how quickly market shifts could challenge long-established business models. They saw retailers come under pressure and, in some cases, disappear entirely. They also experienced the emergence of disruptive new sales models, including some of the first vehicles sold directly to consumers through a major media retailer.
These were not academic examples or consulting frameworks. They were real market signals demonstrating that traditional structures, channels, and assumptions could no longer be taken for granted.
That experience shaped our belief that successful transformation requires more than vision. It requires practical execution.
