These Terms of Use apply to every visit to and use of the website www.automotive-transitions.com (the "Website"). By using the Website, you accept these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Website.
The Website is operated by Deal Group B.V., trading under the names Automotive Transitions and Mobility Transitions (hereinafter: "Automotive Transitions", "we" or "us"). These Terms of Use are valid for 2026 and take effect on 01-10-2026.

3. Use of the Website
The Website is intended to provide information about Automotive Transitions and its services. You may use the Website for lawful purposes only and in accordance with these Terms of Use.
It is not permitted to:
- use the Website in a way that is unlawful, misleading or harmful to Automotive Transitions or third parties;
- disrupt, damage or overload the Website or its servers, or try to gain unauthorized access to the Website or related systems;

4. Intellectual property
Automotive Transitions wrote the texts on the Website. All intellectual property rights in the Website and its content, including texts, design, logos and the names "Automotive Transitions" and "Mobility Transitions", belong to Deal Group B.V. or its licensors.
The stock photos on the Website are used in accordance with the terms of the HubSpot CMS. Rights in these photos remain with their respective rights holders.
You may view the Website and share links to it. Any other copying, reproducing, publishing, adapting or distributing of content from the Website requires our prior written permission.

The information on the Website is of a general nature and is provided for information purposes only. It does not constitute advice and does not create a client relationship or any obligation for Automotive Transitions.

You can contact us through the contact form on the Website. The form asks for your first name, last name, company, email address, telephone number, and message. We use this information to get back in touch with you about your message, as stated on the form.
Please do not include confidential or sensitive information in the contact form. Sending a message does not create a client relationship, and we cannot guarantee a specific response time.
